In India, central govt party speaker are available on NATIONAL NEWS MEDIA CHANNELS on TV .. that's either privet or government Based news agency but at each State based regional language news channels also having all main parties PRAVAKTAA ie party speaker on particular all regional topics related matters discussion..based on budget criteria.
शिक्षण विद, नेता ABVP & कांग्रेस only on Nirman TV discussed on topic of Gujarat Higher education and university based education funding, library, financial support, gujrat rank of education at world status and teaching based teachers.. either granted or non granted.. school or university.. there are absent of education ministry's spoke person is very surprised to me... while watching Nirman TV 9.30 om debate
If the central government or State govt, if having not Focus on regional news media agencies on particular ways of any type of budget and expenses matters then may be any others party, news agency, or yes any one can misleading people on mouth to mouth publisity marketing for any government decisions..
We know better that nowadays debate matters are highlighted by news media agencies or TV channels but considering always writing things in legal consultation .. and it's my personal opinion as one of the patriotic thought...

ભારતમાં, કેન્દ્ર સરકારના પક્ષના વક્તા ટીવી પર રાષ્ટ્રીય સમાચાર મીડિયા ચેનલો પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.. તે કાં તો ખાનગી અથવા સરકારી આધારિત સમાચાર એજન્સી છે, પરંતુ દરેક રાજ્ય આધારિત પ્રાદેશિક ભાષાની સમાચાર ચેનલો પર પણ તમામ મુખ્ય પક્ષો એટલે કે પક્ષના વક્તા હોય છે, ખાસ કરીને તમામ પ્રાદેશિક વિષયો સંબંધિત બાબતોની ચર્ચા..બજેટ માપદંડોના આધારે. શિક્ષણ વિદ, નેતા એબીવીપી અને કોંગ્રેસ માત્ર નિર્માણ ટીવી પર ગુજરાત ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અને યુનિવર્સિટી આધારિત શિક્ષણ ભંડોળ, પુસ્તકાલય, નાણાકીય સહાય, વિશ્વ સ્તરે શિક્ષણનો ગુજરાતનો ક્રમ અને શિક્ષણ આધારિત શિક્ષકો.. ગ્રાન્ટેડ કે નોન ગ્રાન્ટેડ.. શાળા કે યુનિવર્સિટી.. શિક્ષણ મંત્રાલયના પ્રવક્તાઓની ગેરહાજર છે. જો કેન્દ્ર સરકાર અથવા રાજ્ય સરકાર, જો કોઈ પણ પ્રકારના બજેટ અને ખર્ચની બાબતોમાં પ્રાદેશિક સમાચાર મીડિયા એજન્સીઓ પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત ન કરતી હોય, તો પછી કોઈપણ અન્ય પક્ષ, સમાચાર એજન્સી, અથવા હા કોઈપણ સરકારના નિર્ણયો માટે મોં-ટુ-માઉથ પબ્લિસિટી માર્કેટિંગ પર લોકોને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી શકે છે. અમે વધુ સારી રીતે જાણીએ છીએ કે આજકાલ સમાચાર મીડિયા એજન્સીઓ અથવા ટીવી ચેનલો દ્વારા ચર્ચાની બાબતોને પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવે છે પરંતુ હંમેશા કાયદાકીય પરામર્શમાં વસ્તુઓ લખવાનું ધ્યાનમાં લેવું .. અને તે એક દેશભક્તિના વિચાર તરીકે મારો વ્યક્તિગત અભિપ્રાય છે... વિશ્વના તમામ દેશો માટે આ એક વિચિત્ર સત્ય છે..
