Light Bill (Recently and old)
Phone Bill (Recently and old)
Municipal Tax Bill (Recently and old)
Marriage Certi OR (Husband/Wife death certi)
* Bank Pass Book (one year statement(with transacations)/passbook of running photo atteched bank seal & sign.
Rent Agriment
Photo Id(Voter’s Card,pancard,Driving licence,Aadhar Card)
if the child age is less then five years then 35x45 zise passport size photo with mate finish and white back ground
Photo Id(Voter’s Card,pancard,Driving licence,Aadhar Card)

10th or 12th Marksheet or Degree certi (category for ECR/ECNR)
xerox copies of relevant documents signed by the applicant
If applicant’s age is below 18 years then mother – father’s passport copy is required.

GOVERMENT SERVANT FOR NOC ORIGINAL TWO COPY (PHOTO ATTECH) or Retirement letter
