Do not estimate person or country on base of LOAN .... means how much distributed by same but assume or presume same on his gain as how much will received by same factor...

May the reason belongs to civilian or political or economic purpose....

But

japan given loan to india for bullet train...

FIXED....

still so many hurdles are there and even more neither land cleared nor energy level for same project....

Who will receive gain by what efforts or who will responsible for not done clear job....

Same country's people will ask question on one day and if there are no answer ....who will suffer.... is big question...

If in private company's employees need appraisal for increment then why not government employees need work summary report for country's civilian people...

Purush Sukt

This is Rugved adhyay, know as purush suktam....

सहस्रशीर्षा पुरुषः सहस्राक्षः सहस्रपात्। स भूमिं विश्वतो वृत्वात्यतिष्ठद्दशांगुलमं॥१

पुरुष एवेदम् यत् भूतम् यच्च भव्यम्। उतामृतत्वस्येशानो यदह्नेना तिरोहति॥२

एतावानस्य महिमातो ज्यायांश्च पूरुषः। पादोऽस्य विश्वा भूतानि त्रिपादस्यामृतं दिवि॥३॥

त्रिपादूर्द्ध्वः उदैत् पुरुषः पादोस्येहा पुनः। ततो विष्वं व्यक्रामच्छाशनान शने अभि॥४

तस्मात् विराडजायत विराजो अधिपूरुषः। सहातो अत्यरिच्यत पश्चात् भूमिमथॊ पुरः॥५

यत् पुरुषेण् हविषा देवा यज्ञमतन्वत। वसन्तो अस्या सीदाज्यम् ग्रीष्म इद्ध्म शरधवि॥६

सप्तास्यासन्परिधयस्त्रिः सप्त समिधः कृताः। देवा यद्यज्ञं तन्वाना अबध्नन्पुरुषं पशुं॥७॥

तं यज्ञं बर्हिषि प्रौक्षन्पुरुषं जातमग्रतः। तेन देवा अयजन्त साध्या ऋषयश्च ये॥८॥

तस्माद्यज्ञात्सर्वहुतः संभृतं पृषदाज्यं। पशून्तांश्चक्रे वायव्यानारण्यान्ग्राम्याश्च ये॥९॥

तस्माद्यज्ञात्सर्वहुत ऋचः सामानि जज्ञिरे। छंदांसि जज्ञिरे तस्माद्यजुस्तस्मादजायत॥१०॥

तस्मादश्वा अजायंत ये के चोभयादतः। गावो ह जज्ञिरे तस्मात्तस्माज्जाता अजावयः॥११॥

RANGJYOT or Dhulety

Generally we believe that Holi is the festival related with Holika dahan, saving life of Prahalad, but my personal mythology is different....

Recently we celebrated the Holi festival and as according Dhulety....

Rarely person know that exact meaning....

We can discuss same now...but using word Dhul-Hatee

In ancient India rushi-munee seated on one place and done aaraadhna of God or goddess .....due to long  time period dust covered his or her body ....

After completion of aaraadhna one special god give them Vardan....Then big festival arrange by people...
That done either by colorful or by lamp....

In India gurudev dutt's pariwar also known as RANGJYOT pariwar....

After the color celebrations need to take bath and hence the the covered dust cleaning with body...

That's not pertaining matter with only aaraadhna but different variations mode are also there....

Basically the king hiranyaksh sister duly name Holika has Vardan of God that she never burn in fire and that's

Killed her when she takes Prahalad in lap in fire.... that is god's or good thaughts supreme power...

Here I am not writing all matter...but giving just brief of guide lines about the color and Jyoti....

Even in Devi pratha, Jainism or aghor sampraday specific Mattel's yantra has special part....

An Interview

Our survival things are FOOD...

Mostly animals and birds are catching in cage by food ONLY.....

In human kind upper end lower locality struggling with each other for food.

This important thing only understand by me through a dream.

I hope that job can done by me in very much soon days ....

Within interview people are coming and going....for only one post so many people coming... there are either group discussion or individual interview....

Nothing more happened with the candidate who made his candidature with an appointment....he either got job or rejected....

But it's side effects are really very much effective with everyone who related with him....who appeared in job interview....

Nothing more to say on same subject.... though it's halfway...

...Believe me....

M Venkaiah Naidu, chair person of rajyasabha, says to members of the House - Let Him Speak, Show Some Respect, but no response and no results... sure surprise to all of you...

Sports Hero is big Zero.... front of Indian senior political leaders in parliament...
Hahahahaha, big laughing...

Fresh Air conditioning air, heavy phone bill, petrol and traveling expenses, fresh food are available in poor country's both houses members at very much lower cost in Indian parliament,

Big expenses level on all India's people heads... every Indian new born baby has 20000 to 30000 rupees debts on his head....

Really we must have to think on same in soon...or do better things for national growth...

Still there are no working report cards strategy in India for leaders.

Humans resource department is not doing his full length job...

Budget & Management

In dirty politics, if you are not in ruling party, but as an opposition party, that is not fair always oppose government but have to do something new....think Wise....

Sometimes, use brain and give so much positive schemes to government for betterment and development nation and then asked for better services by big expenses...

That all are known as skills of management of over expenses, isn't so?

Opposition party can give better suggestions for doing marbles expenses....even on same point of over budget and expenses,  opposition party can take higher response from people also by negative story....as we're told government but government not done or doing same job for better National growth...

This is not Maybe, surely this is not joke....

India has department of procurement and that is for only tendering matter not for planning financial currency.....
